1. Introduction

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

5. Return of Products

You must send back or hand over the products to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the products before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the products, unless we have agreed to bear these costs or unless we have failed to inform you that you must bear these costs.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.

6. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a refund, products must be:

• Returned within the 14-day withdrawal period.
• In their original, unopened packaging (if applicable).
• In the same condition as when received.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if products are returned in a condition that indicates they have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if they have been damaged due to your handling.
